- UNRWA need purchase Winter Blankets, Mattresses, kitchen sets, jerry cans, Matts, Reinforced propylene tarpaulin roll tarpaulin roll and Hygiene Kits• Local Bidders must enclose in their bids the samples of items, Samples are to be delivered to [Central Warehouses - Damascus Al Mazzeh).prior to the bid closure date otherwise, the bid will not be considered• International Bidders must upload on In-Tend platform brochures for items and the specification must be mentioned clearly• Required lab tests for each items as mentioned in SECTION 5 in tender document Financial Evaluation: Lowest cost, best technically and commercially acceptable offer.• The delivery date must be before 30.06.2023 and any offer not meet this condition will be rejected• Delivery terms :1- (DDP- UNRWA Warehouses at Damascus): The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the items at UNRWA central warehouses in Damascus,2-(DAP- UNRWA Warehouses at Damascus): The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the items at UNRWA Warehouses at Damascus Mazzeh Highway, where UNRWA will be responsible for obtaining the import approval to take the advantage of the customs exemptions for international organizations, hence the supplier will be obligated to continue the process till receiving the items at UNRWA warehouses
