Primary insurances 50,000,000 SYP, fifty million Syrian pounds, or a certified check Final insurance is 3% of the full investment allowance for all years The contract period is 12 calendar years + 1 year of free preparation The required identification documents specified in Article 11 of Law 51 of 2004 The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is three months From the closing date of offers Bids are submitted to the Office of the Directorate of Sports and Youth in Damascus Countryside - Tishreen Sports City until the end of official working hours on 11/4/2025 and bids are closed on 11/9/2025.
