In accordance with the financial, technical and legal conditions booklet and in accordance with the following
Primary insurance: determined in a lump sum Its amount is (18,750,000) Syrian pounds only, eighteen million and seven hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds and nothing else.
Final deposit (10%) of the referral value
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is 180 calendar days, starting from the day following the end date of the bid submission deadline. The nominated contractor remains bound to his offer for a period of 90 calendar days, starting from the next day. The date on which he is informed in writing that the request for tenders will be referred to him
The period for implementing the pledge: is determined as (three months) starting from the day following the contractor being notified of the order to commence
