- Start date: 04-15-2026 Completion date: 05-17-2026 Ministry of Tourism Advertisement inviting offers for tourism investment The Ministry of Tourism announces the solicitation of offers for tourism investment for the property site No. 1372/45, west of Al-Hal Market, in the Sarouja real estate area - Section No. 45 in Damascus, which is owned by it. To the General Organization for Social Insurance in accordance with the book of conditions for its investment by completing the entire rehabilitation of the building to equip it and employ it as a tourist hotel (3 stars) and invest it for a period of 25 years in the form of a BOT investment. Initial deposits amounting to ($50,000) are paid fifty thousand US dollars under a guarantee A bank note or certified check in favor of the Ministry of Tourism, provided that the guarantee or check must be certified by one of the banks operating in Syria. The conditions booklet for investing in the aforementioned site can be obtained from the Investor Services Center at the Ministry of Tourism and its value of $500, five hundred dollars, must be paid. American to the Commercial Bank of Syria, Branch 8, on the account number of the General Organization for Social Insurance 002- 121140 0108, and the integrated offers are submitted to the office of the Ministry of Tourism no later than the end of the official working day on Sunday, 5/10/2026. 2355
