- Start date: 03-02-2026 Completion date: 03-26-2026 Ministry of Tourism Advertisement inviting offers for tourism investment The Ministry of Tourism announces the solicitation of offers for tourism investment for the property site No. 1372/45, west of Al-Hal Market, in the Sarouja real estate area - Section No. 45 in Damascus, which is owned by it. To the General Organization for Social Insurance in accordance with the terms and conditions book for its investment, by completing the entire rehabilitation of the building to equip it and employ it as a 3-star tourist hotel and invest it for a period of 25 years in the form of a BOT investment. The initial insurance amounting to ($50,000) is fifty thousand US dollars Bank guarantee Or a certified check in favor of the Ministry of Tourism, provided that the guarantee or check must be certified by one of the banks operating in Syria. The booklet of conditions for investing in the above-mentioned site can be obtained from the Investor Services Center in the Ministry of Tourism and its value, amounting to $500, must be paid. US dollars at the Ministry of Finance-s central treasury, and integrated offers are submitted to the office of the Ministry of Tourism no later than the end of official working hours on Thursday, 3/26/2026. 1122
