offers are submitted to the Ministry's office in the Hijaz building until the end of the official working hours on 9/3/2023 within three envelopes to be placed in a fourth envelope: the first contains temporary insurances and the documents required in the conditions book and the second on technical presentation and thrD on the financial offer and the name of the bidder and the contents are written on each envelope
Execution period / 30 / days for each system
Bid closing 9/4/2023
Temporary bonds / 3,500,000 / SP for each scheme, and final: 10% of the contract value
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is /60/ days
The bidder has the right to apply for both systems or one system with all its items without division
