1- Initial insurance
A - For the foreign bidder / 6000 / euros only six thousand euros or the equivalent in convertible currencies according to what is stated in the book of financial and legal conditions
B - For the local bidder / 73,500,000 / SYP only: Seventy-three million and five hundred Syrian pounds only, according to what is stated in the financial terms and conditions bookAnd the legal
2- Final deposits at 10% of the total value of the referral
3- The deadline for submitting offers is until the end of official working hours on Sunday, 10/12/2023
4- Duration and place of implementation
