Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public auction / for the third time / to sell reserved warehouse materials for the year 2021 through bidding Public.
According to the technical specifications and the financial and legal conditions booklet of the regulatorsFor this purpose and in accordance with the following: Applications for participation in the auction shall be submitted directly to the Bidding Committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate's auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement.
The bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers. The subscription application will be affixed with a flat financial stamp of /100,000/SYP, a local administration stamp of /5100/SYP, a war effort stamp of /300/SYP, and a reconstruction stamp. /10100/SYP and a martyr stamp /200/SYP
