Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public bid to sell an amount of 200 tons - 20% of the amount of paper waste present in the center Waste treatment in Al-Ghazlaniyah
in accordance with the technical specifications and the financial and legal conditions booklet of the regulatorsFor this purpose and in accordance with the following: Applications for participation in the bidding shall be submitted directly to the Bidding Committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate's auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement.
The bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers, and a fixed financial stamp of /100,000/SYP will be affixed to the subscription application, a local administration stamp of /5100/SYP, a war effort stamp of /300/SYP, and a reconstruction stamp/ 10100/L0S and a martyr's stamp /200/L0S
