Final deposit: 10% of the referral value Implementation period: two months only, and in one payment within 15 days from the day following the contractor-s notification Direct order Delay fine: 0.1% for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total contract value Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: Three months from the date of submitting the offer.
