Internal sealed envelope method to repair the second Perkins generating set (KVA 1500) in the Jamiliyah Center in the Aleppo Communications Branch, in accordance with the book of technical, financial, and legal conditions for this project, according to the estimated statement, schedule of quantities, and plans attached to the book of conditions. Insurances Temporary/126,500/new SYP Implementation period: 60 days from the date of notification of the direct order Final insurance is 10% of the total contract value The daily delay fine is one thousandth of the total value of the contract The duration of the offer is 90 days from the date of submission of offers Duration of the contractor-s engagement The candidate has 180 days from the day following his written notification that the bid has been awarded to him The offers are submitted to the office of the Purchasing and Fixed Assets Directorate in the central administration of the Syrian Telecommunications Company (Damascus - Fayez Mansour Street) until the end of official working hours on 3/30/2026, accompanied by insurance.
