Start date: 12/14/2025 Completion date: 12-21-2025 General Administration of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection Announcing a tender at full speed To rehabilitate elevators in the administration 1- The General Administration of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection announces an internal tender at full speed In the sealed envelope to rehabilitate the elevators in the administration building located in Damascus, Rukn al-Din - opposite Ibn al-Nafis Hospital, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004, in accordance with the technical, financial, and legal principles and conditions contained in the book of conditions for the tender. 2- Temporary insurance / 33,648,000 / SYP only Thirty-three million six hundred and forty-eight thousand Syrian pounds and nothing more. 3- Final deposits (10%) of the contract value. If the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit the final and temporary deposits in their names, under penalty of rejection of their offer, and their offer must include the phrase Interdependent and solidarity. 4- The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of sixty days from the date of the end of submitting the offer, and it is automatically renewed if no objection occurs. 5- The period for completing the undertaking is four months from the date of giving the directive order. 6- The last date for submitting the offer to the administration office located in Damascus - Rukn Al-Din - opposite Ibn Al-Nafis Hospital, end of official working hours on Sunday, 12/21/2025 7- Bids will be closed at 10 a.m. on Monday, 12/22/2025. 8- The bidder can obtain the booklet of special conditions from the accounting department in the central department of the administration in exchange for a fee An amount of 100,000 only, one hundred thousand Syrian pounds 6220
