The only one required by the Ministry of Health (Item No. 5 of the list of needs for medicines that are the only local product) Primary insurance For medicines of non-local origin / 10,000,000 / SYP only, ten million Syrian pounds for each item. For medicines of sole local origin, 50,000,000 SYP Only fifty million Syrian pounds It is submitted according to a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or a certified check to the order of the Ministry of Health. The check is not accepted to order. The final insurance is 10% of the referral value The late fine is one per thousand for each day of delay Implementation period is 90 days in two installments road Delivery in two batches The first payment is 25% of the required quantity after 30 days from the day following the date of notification of the direct order and within a period of one month.
