Announcement of an internal request for tenders
The Ministry of Health announces the conduct of an internal request for tenders using the sealed envelope method to provide, install and operate a computerized CR single-entry x-ray cassette reader device, as required by the authorities. The public has the right to submit the financial offer according to Prime Minister's Circular 260/15Date 11/21/2023 and Report No. 26/B/15 dated 10/21/2014 in foreign currencies
Initial deposits/17,500,000/SYP only seventeen million five hundred thousand Syrian pounds and nothing else provided under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic Or a certified check to the order of the Ministry of Health. The check to the order of the Ministry of Health is not accepted
The final deposit is 10% of the referral value
The late fine is one per thousand for each day of delay
The implementation period is /90/days
The price of the file is /100,000/SYP
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids, while for the nominated bidder /6/months from the date of referral according to Provisions of Article 25 of Law No. 51 of 2004
Required papers: The stipulated envelope of identification documentsIt is stipulated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and a subscription fee of 100,000 SYP, including temporary insurance. A technical envelope. A financial offer envelope.
Books of legal, financial, and technical conditions are obtained from the Contracts Department at the Ministry of Health during official working hours.
