The Peace Municipality Council in the Quneitra Governorate announces a local bid in the manner of the circumstance sealed with the total speed of the second time in accordance with the provisions of the Unified Contracts Law No. / 51 of the year 2025 in order to invest three headquarters for administrative and commercial purposes (a commercial hall of buildings composed of offices) in the city of Al -Salam, according to the financial, legal and technical conditions preserved by the Peace Municipality Council
The duration of the contract is determined by the contract period, which is renewable, renewable, with the consent of the two parties
Initial Insurance / 5000 SP per square meter of the construction area to be invested Final insurance / 10% / SS of the total value of the contract is paid in cash from the Municipal Fund
The investment price is 50,000 SP and is obtained from the municipal office
The bidder's connection period with 30 days' offer
The deadline for receiving the offers on Tuesday is 9/16/2025 at 2:00 pm and the shows will be made the next day at ten in the morning
