Al-Sahel Sports Club announces the holding of a public auction to invest in a store belonging to the Sahel Sports Club located on the northern wall of the municipal stadium in Tartous, with an area of Approximate 20.6 m2. Single-room mixed-use buildingLocated on the main street
Initial deposits / 1,000,000 / SYP only, one million Syrian pounds and nothing more. Paid in cash, bank check, or bank guarantee in the account of the Executive Committee of the Sports Federation in Tartous.
Final deposits: 10% of the total investment referral fee for all years, paid within ten years. Days from the date of notification of the referral.
Investment periodOne calendar year starting from the date the investor is granted the direct order. 2 months free preparation period added at the end of the investment contract.
Whoever wishes to participate in the auction should visit the office of the Executive Committee of the Sports Federation in Tartous - Project Six to obtain the booklet of conditions in exchange forThe amount is /10,000/SYP only, ten thousand Syrian pounds only.
The initial price of the annual investment allowance is /5,000,000/SYP only, five million Syrian pounds only, with a cumulative increase of 10% annually.
The offers are submitted to the office of the Federation's Executive Committee Athletic Club in Tartous before the end of the official working hours on Tuesday, 12/12/2023.
