Contracts System No. (51) of 2004 • Auction subject: equipping, investing and establishing a tourist service complex on an empty plot of land (3970 m2) in Al Wahda Sports Club, Al Mazraa area, by inviting bids in accordance with the book of technical, legal and financial conditions. •Auction location: Sports Directorate Youth in Damascus, Al-Fayhaa Sports City • Submission of offers begins from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Official Gazette within the office of the Directorate of Sports and Youth in Damascus •Deadline for submitting offers: The end of official working hours on Sunday, 4/12/2026, and the offers will be opened the next day by a specialized committee. Without the presence of exhibitors • Investment period: twenty-five Gregorian years from the date the investor was granted the direct order •Initial insurance: five million Syrian pounds, new currency •Final insurances: 3% of the total value of the contract, and the initial and final insurances are paid into the directorate-s account.
