Conducting an internal public auction for the first time to invest photocopying and stamp sales centers in the building of the Homs Finance Directorate (the Center) and the buildings of the financial directorates of its affiliated regions (Talkalakh Al-Qusayr Al-Makhram) in accordance with the specifications, conditions and provisions set forth in the book of conditions (legal, financial and technical) Special and prepared for this purpose: Temporary insurance: Homs /Center/: 2,000,000 SYP. Only two million Syrian pounds Al-Qusayr area: 300,000 Syrian pounds, only three hundred thousand Syrian pounds Talkalakh area: 200,000 SYP, only two hundred thousand Syrian pounds Makhram area: 150,000 SYP, only one hundred and fifty thousand liras Syria Final insurance: 10% of the value of the annual investment allowance. Investment Duration: The investment period is set at one calendar year, renewable for another year under a new contract if the management so desires, provided that the total period does not exceed three years as a maximum.
