Estimated statement value: /1486665/ million four hundred and eighty-six thousand Six hundred and sixty-five new Syrian pounds Implementation period: 30/day, thirty days The initial deposits are set at 5% of the estimated statement value, and the final deposits are 10% of the contract value and are paid by check or bank guarantee. Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: 60 days The late fine is 0.1% One thousand for each day of delay The bidder is required to participate by publishing official announcements and classification in accordance with the Ministry of Housing and Construction No. /1266/ of 2007 and its amendments and the Prime Minister-s Circular No. 7/15/ dated 1/5/2006 The contractor must also appoint a resident engineer for the project at his expense, if not Engineer and the contractor shall bear the cost of publishing the advertisement.
