Description:
Tenders are invited for Third Party Monitoring in Northeast Syria. independent contractor to collect monitoring data and serve as a means of triangulating data collected by CHF. The TPM (Third Party Monitoring) will conduct Summative Evaluation for Lifesaving Interventions for Emergencies (LIFE) program activities in Northeast Syria, The contractor is expected to routinely collect monitoring data from the food assistance intervention to serve as a means of triangulating data collected by Cooperative Housing Foundation. The contractor is expected to: 1) Observe food distribution activities. 2) Assess uptake, utilization and challenges with the complaints and feedback mechanisms adopted by GC, 3) Inspect food commodities- quality at supplier warehouse(s), 4) Facilitate laboratory testing of food samples prior to distribution, and 5) Assess security and protection arrangements at distribution centers. 6) Undertake beneficiary surveys to assess beneficiary satisfaction with the distribution process (planning and execution). The deadline for offers submission is Tuesday 04 July 2023 by 11:59 PM (Syrian time).
