The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection announces a request for offers Internally, for the second time, and in the sealed envelope for the projectThermal and water insulation of the roof of the building of the Directorate of Technical Specifications and Laboratories of the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in accordance with the provisions of Law No. /51/ of 2004 and in accordance with the technical, financial and legal principles and conditions contained in the book of conditions for the request for offers
1- Temporary insurance (3,255,000) SYP three million Two hundred and fiveFifty thousand Syrian pounds only
2 - Final deposits: (10%) of the contract value. If the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit the final and temporary deposits in their names, under penalty of rejection of their offer, and their offer must include the phrase joint and several partners
3 The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of 60 days from the date of expiry of the offerThe offers will be renewed and renewed automatically in the event of no objection
4- Implementation period: /60 / days from the date of giving the directive order
5- The last date for submitting offers to the Ministry's office located in Damascus - Rukn Al-Din - opposite Ibn Al-Nafis Hospital until the end of official working hours From Sunday, November 12, 2023
