Announcement of public bid for the first time
Based on Resolution No. / 653 / date 8/8/2022 issued by the Minister of Awqaf The Daraa Endowments Directorate announces its desire to conduct a public bidding to launch the warehouse of the Rahman Mosque in the district of Dahiya, Daraa Ali Al -Aqar / 16396 / Al -Dahiya area - Daraa and its area (6,5 x10 m 2) for rent in the public auction, according to the books of special conditions and contract system number / 51 / of 2004, Law 31 of 2018 and Law No. 20 of 2015.
The initial annual lease allowance (800,000 LS) only eight hundred thousand Syrian pounds, not other than
Initial insurance / 100,000 / S. One hundred thousand Syrian pounds only under the receipt of a fund or bank check
Final insurance / 200,000 LS / only two hundred thousand Syrian pounds, not only
The lease period is three years to use it in the legitimate trade
The bidder's connection period with thirty days' presentation
