Qatana Endowments Division announces that a public auction will be held for the rent of shops No. /3/ and /4/ that are built on property No. /81/ Mosque Omar bin Al-Khattab in the village of Kawkab - Qatana - facing the Tameer Al-Sham building, each of which has an area of 20 square metres, ready for use and in good condition.The mortgage is in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 31 of 2018 and Rent Law No. 20 of 2015 and the book of conditions for the offer for each of them for a period of three years, renewable after the agreement of the two parties and with a new contract and setting an amount of 400,000 SYP only four hundred thousand Syrian pounds as the starting point for bidding. The annual fee for each shop shall be made public, and the insurance shall be determined accordinglyThe value of the final annual allowance (peremptory assignment allowance) for each shop, provided that the auction takes place at the headquarters of the Qatana Endowments Division at exactly ten o'clock in the morning for shop No. 3 and at 11 am for shop No. 4 on Sunday, 12/11. /2023
