Announcement of an internal tender for the second time and at full speed
The General Authority for Fish Resources announces the conduct of an internal tender with a sealed envelope in the public administration in the city of Jableh to supply ready-made fish feed in a quantity of 15 tons +/- 25%
Bids are submitted in two sealed envelopes, which are placed in a third envelope addressed to the Authority-s name, on which is written a summary of its contents, the name and address of the bidder in detail, along with phone numbers, the subject of the tender, and the date of closing the bids, as follows:
The first: It contains the temporary insurances and documents required in the general and special conditions books.
The second: It contains the financial offer with a table of individual and total prices, written numerically and in writing, and a summary of its contents, the subject of the tender, and the name of the bidder are written on each envelope.
The offers are submitted to the General Office at the authority-s headquarters in Jableh, north of the municipal stadium.
Deadline for submitting offers: end of official working hours on 10/15/2025.
Bid closing time: 10:00 a.m. on 10/16/2025.
Temporary insurance: determined in a lump sum amounting to /7,500,000/ SYP
Final Bonds: Determined at a rate of 10% of the contract value. The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer shall be 30 days from the date of opening the bids
Implementation period: 15 days from the day following the direct order
Exhibitors do not have the right to split their offers.
