Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public bidding / for the third time / to offer the section / cafe / with an area of /60 /M2 in section 46/East of Commerce (on the annual investment allowance) and on the current status.
According to the termsThe technical specifications and the book of financial and legal terms and conditions regulated for this purpose and in accordance with the following: Applications for participation in the bidding shall be submitted directly to the bidding committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the supporting documents stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System issued by law.51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement
The bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers, and a lump sum financial stamp of /100,000/ for SYP, a local administration stamp of /5100/SYP, and a war effort stamp will be affixed to the subscription application. /300/SYP and a return stampR / 10,100 / SYP and a martyr's stamp / 200 / SYP
