Description of the property: It is a warehouse بمساحة/21/ م2 وسقيفة بمساحة /8/ م2 . مدة الاستثمار :تسع سنوات ميلادية تبدأ من تاريخ أمر المباشرة . Bidding principle: The annual investment allowance offered in the auction is $500, five hundred US dollars for the announced auction. التأمينات الأولية : تحدد بمبلغ مقطوع مقداره / 300 /$ Three hundred US dollars are paid by bidders wishing to participate in the auction. Final deposits: 2% of the total investment fees reached in the auction. The value of the book of conditions: $100, one hundred non-refundable US dollars to be paid upon submitting the subscription application. Session date and location: Two o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 AD, the twentieth day of the first month of the year two thousand and twenty-six AD, at the headquarters of the Damascus Endowments Directorate, located in Victoria Bridge next to the Damascus Tower.
