• Start date: 02-11-2026 End date: 0000-00-00 Damascus Governorate Public bidding announcement /At the expense of the eater/ /for the second time/ Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public auction / at the expense of the eater / for the second time / to tender the first floor and above, located in a building Collection in the Harika area located on the property /1496/ Vaghour Javani as one block (on the annual investment allowance). In accordance with the technical specifications and the book of financial and legal conditions regulating for this purpose and in accordance with the following: Requests to participate in the bidding are submitted directly to the bidding committee in the governorate Damascus, in the presence of the governorate-s auctioneer, at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement. The bidder must submit a merchant registration certificate document and a document Subscription to one of the chambers of industry, agriculture, commerce, or tourism. The subscription application must be affixed with a fixed financial stamp of /1001/SYP, a local administration stamp of /51/SYP, a war effort stamp of /3/SYP, and a martyr-s stamp of /2/SYP. The auction will take place at ten o'clock on 3/15/2026 in the governorate building Damascus. Temporary insurances: Temporary insurances are set at an amount of /250,000/SYP only, two hundred and fifty thousand new Syrian pounds only, to be paid to the governorate fund according to an official receipt or according to a duly certified check by order of the Damascus Governorate.
