Operating central air conditioning units for the operations and care departments at the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Hospital in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial And jurist and technical) according to the following:
Damascus Health Directorate, or pursuant to a bank guarantee or receipt issued by the Ministry of Finance, and the bidder must report to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers' notification No. (2/15/B) dated 1/22/2020
