Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform Announcement of internal tender request The Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform announces its need to supply replacement parts for the machinery operating within the scope of the two central workshops in (Homs and Latakia) ) and (Damascus countryside) for the benefit of the land reclamation and afforestation development projectThis is in accordance with the special books of conditions
The offers are submitted to the Ministry's office in the Hijaz building until the end of official working hours on 4/7/2024, within three envelopes placed in a fourth envelope: the first contains the temporary insurances and documents required in the book of conditions, the second contains the technical offer, and the third contains the financial offer. The name of the bidder is written on each envelopeContents: Duration of supply: 90 days for parts in the Damascus countryside workshop, and 120 days for parts in Homs and Latakia workshops. Temporary insurance: according to the book of financial and legal conditions, and final: 10% of the contract value. Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: 60 days. Condition books can be viewed at the Ministry's Legal Affairs Directorate and obtained for a feeAn amount of /75,000/SYP at the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance
