Announcement of an internal tender for the first time and at full speed
The General Authority for Fish Resources announces the conduct of an internal tender with a sealed envelope in the public administration in the city of Jableh to supply ready-made fish feed in a quantity of 15 tons +/- 25%.
Offers must be submitted in two envelopes Closed, they are placed in a third envelope labeled with the Authority's name, on which is written a summary of its contents, the name and address of the bidder in detail, along with phone numbers, the subject of the tender, and the date of opening the offers, as follows:
The first: It contains the temporary insurances and documents required in the general and special conditions books
Second: It contains the financial offer with a price schedule The individual and total numbers are written numerically and in writing, and a summary of its contents, the subject of the tender, and the name of the bidder are written on each envelope.
The offers are submitted to the General Office at the authority's headquarters in Jableh, north of the municipal stadium
Deadline for submitting offers: end of official working hours on November 24, 2025
Bid closing time: 11/25/2025
Temporary insurances Determined by a lump sum of 7,500,000 SYP
Final deposits: determined at a rate of 10% of the contract value. The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer shall be 30 days from the date of opening the bids.
Implementation period: 15 days from the day following the direct order
Exhibitors do not have the right to split their offers
Any application will be rejected if there is a deficiency in the required identification documents, especially insurance Payment receipt for the book of conditions, the subscription document for the official advertisement bulletin, and the agency instrument
