Tender announcement for the second time
The General Organization for Social Insurance announces a tender for the second time in accordance with the provisions of the unified contract system issued under Law No. 51 of 2004, to supply necessary desktop computers and laser printers. The General Organization for Social Insurance / General Administration - and its branches in the governorates / according to the legal, financial and technical conditions books and the estimated statement prepared for this purpose.
Anyone who would like to participate must submit his offer to the office of the General Organization for Social Insurance - Central Administration - third floor located on Port Said Street to purchase notebooks. The technical, legal and financial conditions are for an amount of /25,000/SYP only twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds, to be paid into the institution's fund.
Bids will be accepted until the end of official working hours on Wednesday 12/03/2025
Bids will be closed at nine o'clock on Thursday 12/4/2025
Primary insurance is 5% of the estimated statement value.
Final insurances 10% of the total value of the referral.
The implementation period is thirty days starting from the date of receipt of the directive.
The bidder's binding period for his offer begins on the day following the end of the deadline for submitting bids.
The duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer is 30 days, starting from the day following the nominated contractor's written notification that the contract has been transferred to him.
Late fines /0.001/ one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract
Warranty period: one full year starting from the date of temporary receipt.
