The General Authority for Radio and Television announces for the first time a sealed envelope tender to supply encoding and decoding devices for the Fiber project And microconnection, in accordance with the technical conditions established for this purposeZ and the provisions stated in the book of conditions according to the following: The offer shall be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of the end of submitting offers, and the winning bidder's commitment to his offer shall be renewed for another six months from the date of his notification that the award has been awarded to him. Temporary deposits / 30,000,000 / only thirty million Syrian pounds Only by bank guarantee or bank checkAcceptable or a bank transfer from the bidder's account to the account of the General Authority for Radio and Television.
Final deposits are 10% of the contract value.
In the event of submitting an offer that includes more than one (partner), the temporary and final deposits must be submitted in the name of all partners.
Everything not mentioned is due. To Contracts Law No. 51 of 2004 and Decree No. 450 of 2004
The supply period is /90/ninety days from the date of notification of the direct order
Anyone who wishes to participate in submitting offers must visit the Administration and Finance Building, Directorate of Commercial Affairs (Contracts Department), Victoria Bridge to review and obtain the technical specifications and the book of special conditions.
