Syrian Airlines announces for the first time Expressing its desire to conduct an internal tender with a sealed envelope to supply a complete refrigeration set with a power of 3 horsepower to cool foodsand beverages, cold room No. 7 for a period of 15 days (fifteen calendar days) in accordance with the unified system of contracts for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004 in accordance with the technical specifications and the special financial and legal conditions book. By tender according to the following
1- Insurances AFor an initial fee of /2,745,000 SYP/ only two million seven hundred and forty-five thousand Syrian pounds and nothing more
2 - Final deposits ten percent of the contract value
3 - Delay fines 0.001 one per thousand of the total contracted value for each day of delay
4 - Bidder engagement period Submission: 60 days from the day following the last date specified for submissionOffers in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004
5- Implementation period: According to what is stated in the book of financial and legal conditions and technical specifications
6- The period for accepting offers ends at the end of the official working day on Wednesday, 12/27/2023
7- The offers will be opened in a public session at 12 noon on Thursday the following day12/28/2023
