Announcement of Requesting Offers No. 1 / D Research / 2023 for the third time
The National Center for Energy Research announces a request for offers for the third time to supply an analyst / Three Power Quality Analyser, according to the quantities and technical specifications shown in the books of technical, financial and legal conditions and according to the conditions set below
1. Temporary Insurance: 11,000,000 only eleven million Syrian pounds, submitted with a certified check to the National Center for Energy Research or a bank guarantee issued by a Syrian bank
2. Final insurance: 10% of the referral value
3. Implementation period: / 120 / one hundred and twenty days
4. Delaying fines: According to what is stipulated in Article / 18 / of the financial and legal conditions book
5. Duration of the association: The period of the bidder's association with a presentation /30 /day, the duration of the contractor's association with a presentation /30 /day
6. The file of requests for offers can be obtained from the center building in Damascus, Kafr Sousse Square, behind Al -Thawra newspaper, for the amount 7. Offers are submitted to the Bureau of the National Center for Energy Research in the address mentioned above until the end of the official working hours on Sunday on 20/8/2023
8. Offers are resulted in the building of the National Center for Energy Research at ten o'clock on Monday, 21/20/2023
