Submit offers To the institution-s office located in Damascus, Al-Hamidiyah, opposite the Palace of Justice, until the end of official working hours on 12/30/2025 in two envelopes placed in a third envelope: the first contains the temporary insurance and documents required in the book of conditions and the second contains the financial offer, and the name of the bidder is written on each envelope.
