General, specific and the following provisions Temporary insurance /16,250,000/SYP sixteen million two hundred and fifty thousand old Syrian pounds or /162500/SYP one hundred and sixty-two thousand five hundred new Syrian pounds nothing more The final insurance is 10% of the referral value Duration of supply: the shortest possible period of land Homs refinery The order is not divisible Offers are offered exclusively in Syrian pounds Duration of commitment to the offer: 90 days, starting from the day following the last date for submitting offers Deadline for submitting offers: until the end of official working hours on 11/2/2026 at 15:00 You can view the conditions booklet General and obtaining the booklet of special conditions from the Homs Refinery - General Office Department for an amount of 100,000 SYP (old) or 1000 SYP (new).
