According to the provisions of the Act of Contracts No. 51 of 2004
And on the approval of the Governor No. 3303/and the date of 23/4/2024
The Directorate of Agriculture and Agricultural Reform in Idlib announces the conduct of luring offers in a sealed envelope to implement the following project from the budget of the Al -Haraj Department for the year 2024
M. 1 supply of water trailer for the Idlib Circle of the Idlib Initial insurance 5% of the value of the estimated and final examination is 10% of the referral value under a certified check, a financial delivery, or a bank guarantee. The penalty for delay one per thousand for each day is a delay for each project
Offers are submitted to the Directorate-s Office attached to the identification papers and initial insurance until the end of the official working hours of Tuesday / 28/5/2024 and the offers are made the next day at ten in the morning
The project insurance is compulsory with the Syrian General Insurance Corporation
The bidder's connection period with a presentation /90 /day
The subscription fees for the tender one hundred thousand Syrian pounds under a financial receipt
