The National Center for Energy Research announces an internal tender in the sealed envelope in the manner of annexation or downloading for the second time to supply a system for issuing the energy fitness for electrical equipment with a coding and coding system according to the quantities and technical specifications shown in the books of technical, financial and legal conditions and according to the conditions set as follows
The estimated disclosure (30) million. Temporary insurance /5% /of the value of the estimated disclosure, submitted with a certified check to the Order of the National Center for Energy Research or a bank guarantee issued by a Syrian bank
Final insurance 10% of the referral value
Warranty one year
Implementation period / 90 / day
Delay fines 0.1% per thousand of the total value of the contract for each day delay, provided that the total delay fines do not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract
Duration of the link: The binding period with a presentation /60 /day, the duration of the contractor's association with a presentation /60 /day
