• Quotation are invited for Supply of Sanitary Napkins in Al-Hol Camp - North-East Syria Pack of 10. Made from cellulose pulp, nonwoven, Type: winged, Each pad should have a cover individually to carry discreetly in purses or pockets, preferably environment‐friendly, for disposal of pads after use with the same shape and color. , super plus flow, ultra protection, Best Quality in local market. Size: Large. If the packaging is local, the main Brand must recognize the company. Order Letters will be issued from Blumont Erbil Office and will be signed by a Blumont authorized representative. Each order Letter will identify the number of goods required . Price, delivery terms, packaging, marking requirements, and instructions for the delivery of the goods will be fixed in the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Estimation Total Quantity 462,000 Estimation Quantity Per Order 33,000 NOTE: 1. Our organization is not bound to buy the whole quantity mentioned in the Financial Offer. 2. Our organization is not bound to contract with one company and can split the award between one or more companies. 3. The Service must delivered to Al Hol Camp, as per the instruction of Our Organization's Supervisor. 4. The offered Price includes transportation, loading & unloading, and any other cost to deliver and Implementation to Al Hol Camp in North East SYRIA. 5. The vendor must provide a physical sample of Sanitary Napkins as stated in financial offer, to Blumont office in Al‐Hassaka. Otherwise, the offer will fail technical evaluation and will not proceed to the next stages of evaluation. Period of Performance of BPA is from The Date of Contract Signature up to September 30, 2025 The Contractor must furnish completed deliverables to Our Organization for review, inspection and acceptance within the timeframe specified above. The Contractor must promptly notify Our Organization in writing within One day calendar days of any problems, delays, or adverse conditions which materially impair the Contractor-s ability to meet the requirements of the contract. The Contractor must relieve its right in its entirety to additional time and/or compensation should it fail to provide written notification with the aforementioned timeframe. 1. Any Items (Goods or Materials) to be proposed shall not be manufactured or produced by any restricted country (Iran, Libya, Cuba and North Korea). 2. The potential supplier will commit to the approved sample throughout the entire period of the BPA and must inform Blumont in advance should there be a change from the approved sample with justifications for us to evaluate the new sample/model to be provided. 3. The estimated quantity per month is stated in financial offer for each order letter. However, Blumont may order less or more as per monthly needs.
