Tenders are invited for Supply the Quantity of /30,000/ Thirty Thousand Pairs of Latex Medical Rubber Gloves (one-time use) in sizes XL-M-L for a period of /180/ days supply the quantity of /30,000/ thirty thousand pairs of latex medical rubber gloves (one-time use) in sizes XL-M-L for a period of /180/ days according to the unified system of contracts issued by the public authorities. By Law No. /51/ of 2004 and the book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. /450/ of 2004 according to the technical specifications and the book of financial and legal terms of the tender as follows: 1- Primary insurance: / 1,275,000 SP / only one million two hundred and seventy-five thousand Syrian pounds. 2- The final bond: ten percent of the contract value. 3 - Delay fines: 0.001 one-thousandth of the total contracted value for each day of delay. 4- The duration of the bidder's engagement with his offer: /60/ days from the day following the last date specified for submission of offers 5- Execution period: according to what is stated in the book of financial and legal specifications and technical specifications. 6- The period for accepting offers ends at the end of the official working hours on Tuesday, 3/28/2023. 7- The bids will be closed in a public session at 12:00 on Wednesday, 3/29/2023. 8- Offers are submitted to the office of the Directorate of Contracts and Procurement in Syrian Airlines located in Youssef Al-Azma Square, building of the former Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, fifth floor - Damascus - Syria - attached to the initial insurance and the required supporting documents, and a request for participation with a financial stamp with a value of one thousand five hundred Syrian pounds. 9- Whoever wishes to participate in this advertisement should review the aforementioned address to obtain the books of special conditions and technical specifications, for / 10,000 / SP only ten thousand Syrian pounds, or view them on the website ww.syriaair.com, provided that the bidder attaches a copy of the Notice of payment of the value of the book of conditions in the first envelope.
