Announcing a request for offers at full speed
The Ministry of Local Administration and Environment would like to quickly conduct a request for proposals to supply, provide and install photovoltaic energy equipment necessary for the elevators installed in the building of the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment located in the area. Kafarsouseh in accordance with the relevant legal, financial and technical conditions books
Taking into account the following:
The offer is not divisible
Initial insurance: 3,000,000 Syrian pounds (only three million Syrian pounds)
Final insurance: (10%) of the referral value
The period of engagement of the bidder and the nominated bidder with their offer in accordance with Article (3) of The special legal and financial conditions booklet
Implementation period: /seven days/
Delay fine: two per thousand for each day of delay
Offers will be accepted until the end of official working hours on (Thursday) 12/11/2025 AD.
The special legal, financial and technical conditions books can be viewed at the Directorate of Public Affairs. Legal / Contracts Department in the Ministry for an amount of (200,000) SYP only, two hundred thousand Syrian pounds, to be paid according to a receipt at the central treasury.
