• Tenders are invited for Supply Pharmaceutical Products for the Second Time. The performance Bond is at rate of 10% of the Contract value. Paying its fee 10000 S.P. M product, unit, caliber, amount, insurances in euros or dollars, insurances in Syrian pounds 3 IOHEXOL FLACON 350mg / 50ml 10,000 3,500 5,250,000 4 IOHEXOL FLACON 350mg / 100ml 5,000 3,800 5,700,000 6 MRI-CONTRAST MEDIUM (GADOLINIUM) FLACON 500 600 900,000 Due to Top Urgency, General Foreign Trade Organization (GFTO) announces an internal- external tender for the second time to supply Pharmaceutical products, needs of 2020 according to the relative technical, financial and legal conditions book -Contracts system of the state organizations, companies and institutions issued by law No. /51/ for 2004 . -General Conditions Book of the Unified Contract system issued by the decree No. /450/dated 9/12/2004. Bid Bonds : as per the amount mentioned for each product in the enclosed table and to be submitted by the bidder or the authorized party either in cash at GFTO Bank account or by a bank transfer or a certified cheque to order of G.F.T.O or by a bank guarantee issued by the public banks or private banks accredited duly in Syria and according to the Syrian formal text, to be duly submitted to G.F.T.O - Damascus head office before 15.20 hrs Damascus time) on Monday 14/6/2021 (otherwise, offer will be rejected), bearing correspondence No., quantity and material. -The performance Bond is at rate of 10% of the Contract value and to be released only after passing six months after the receiving the last lot of the products by the applicants or using the whole quantity, whatever is the nearest. -The bidder should keep bound to his own offer for /90 days/ from the latest date for submitting offers. -Supply period for the whole contractual quantity for one item a-Internal offer: 90 days as max. from the day following the date of notifying the commencement order, in warehouses of the applicant. b-External offer: 90 days as max. from date of notifying the opening of the L/C ( in case of payment is by L/C ) or from the day following the date of commencement order (in case of payment is by transfer ) arrival warehouses of the border exit. -Delay delivery penalty is one per thousand of total value of the contract per each day of delay. -The required quantity is divisible among the bidders.
