The Quneitra Health Directorate / Golan National Hospital / announces the holding of an internal tender for the first time at full speed
By sealed envelope method / for the supply of medicines for the year 2025 AD /
Offers shall be submitted in two envelopes and placed in a third envelope addressed to: / Directorate of Health
Quneitra Golan National Hospital / a summary of its contents and the name
are written on it And the address of the exhibitor in detail with phone numbers
The envelopes must contain the following
The first envelope: It contains the identification papers and documents required in the general conditions booklet
And private, in addition to primary insurance
The second envelope: It contains the financial offer with a table of individual and total prices for the item or items presented
Whoever wishes to participate in the tender must visit the Contracts Division to review the file and books of conditions and obtain them in exchange for a sum of money amounting to (200,000) SYP to be paid to the hospital fund
Primary insurance: (5%) of the value of the estimated statement of the item or items provided issued by the hospital
Final insurance: (10%) of the referral value
Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: (60) calendar days from the date of opening the offer
