The United Arab Company for Industry (Dibs) announces its desire to conduct an internal tender in the sealed circumstance for the fourth time and at the total speed of supply, installation and starting the operation of a major printing printing press for the bribne department according to the books of special conditions and according to the following:
The deadline for progress is the end of the official working hours for 9/26/2023
Tender session: 9/27/2023, at eleven in the morning
Initial insurance (50,000,000) S.S. only fifty million Syrian pounds is not changed and pays exclusively by providing an Ochik Mossadeq bank guarantee or by a bank transfer from the bidder account to the company account
Final insurance 10% of the contract value
Contracting provisions are subject to Law No. 51/2004 and for drawings 450 of 2004
The contractor bears the expenses of advertising and drawing the character and other expenses The price provided is final and unbreakable after the closing date
The period of the bidder's correlation with its offer: 30 evaluation days from the date of the closure, and the candidate contractor remains linked for a period of 60 evaluation days from the day following the date of notification by the referral decision on it
Implementation period: 120 evaluation days from the day following the date of direct order and receipt of the work site.
