Children's Villages Association SOS Arabic Syrian Announcement of a request for rates To supply, install and ensure an Internet network in SOS Children's Village (4-21 / SOS) Based on the provisions of the Special Associations and Institutions System of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Action by Decision No. 2/2435 of 1977, the Syrian SOS Arabian Villages Association announces its need to install an Internet network in the village of Qudsia in accordance with the conditions and covers mentioned in the words of special technical conditions.
