The Ministry of Justice announces: An internal request for tenders at full speed for the third time to supply, install and operate an alternative electrical energy system with solar energy in Adliyat and complexes Judicial office affiliated with the Ministry of Justice
and according to the book of technical and financial conditionsFor private rights under the unified contract system promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 AD
Initial insurances / 18,500,000 / S.P. only eighteen million five hundred thousand Syrian pounds and nothing else
Initial insurances shall be submitted to the order of the Ministry of Justice either in cash in the deposit account in the central treasury of the Ministry Finance, pursuant to a bank guarantee or certified check issuedOn behalf of one of the resident banks approved by the competent public authorities in the Syrian Arab Republic
Final deposits: 10% of the referral value
Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed (20%) of the contract value
Implementation period: / 60 days only, starting from the day following the contractor's notification of the commencement order letterDuration of commitment to the offer: 90/ninety days from the day following the end date of submitting the offer
Duration of commitment of the nominated bidder to his offer: 120/one hundred and twenty days from the date of referral
Offers are submitted at the office of the Ministry of Justice, Mazzeh Highway, until the end of work on Thursday, October 19, 2023 AD
Bids will be opened on the day following the closing day at the Ministry of Education buildingDL.
