The Ministry of Justice announces: a request to lure internal offers for the first time to supply, install and operate an alternative electrical energy system in solar energy in judicial and judicial complexes of the Ministry of Justice
According to the book of technical, financial and legal conditions for the unified contract system issued by Law No./ 51 of the year 2004 AD
Initial Insurance:/3500000000 S.S. only thirty -five million Syrian pounds, not only Initial insurance is provided to the order of the Ministry of Justice, either in cash in the account of the secretariats with the central treasury with the Ministry of Finance, according to the Oshik Mossadik banking guarantee issued by one of the resident banks approved by the public authorities in the Syrian Arab Republic
Final insurance: 10% of the referral value
Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day delay, provided that it does not exceed (20%) of the contract value. Implementation period: /45 /forty -five days only from the day following the contractor. Duration adherence to the offer/90/ninety days from the day following the expiry date of the presentation of the offer
Duration of the bidder's commitment to the presentation of/120/one hundred and twenty days from the date of referral
Offers are submitted at the Ministry of Justice Court, the maza highway until the end of the working hours for Sunday, 4/21/2024 AD
