Ministry of Justice Announcement of an internal solicitation request for the first time The Ministry of Justice announces an internal solicitation request for the first time to supply photocopiers According to the book of technical, financial and special legal conditions under the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004. Initial deposits/32,000,000/SYP only: Thirty-two million Syrian pounds only. Primary deposits shall be submitted to the order of the Ministry of Justice either in cash in the deposit account at the central treasury at the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to a bank guarantee or a certified check issued by one of the resident banks approved by the competent public authorities. In the Syrian Arab Republic Final deposit: 10% of the referral value The delay fine is (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed (20%) of the contract value Implementation period: /50/fifty days only from the date of receipt of the directive order The offer commitment period is 90/ninety days
