Hejazi Railway General Corporation
Announcement of an internal tender for the second time and at full speed
The General Corporation for the Hejaz Railway announces its desire to hold an internal tender for the second time and with full speed to supply computer equipment (laptops) according to notebooks. The technical, financial and legal conditions prepared by the institution for this purpose and in accordance with Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 are as follows:
The initial insurance is 3,000,000 Syrian pounds only, three million Syrian pounds and nothing more
Final insurance: (10%) of the total contract value
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: 60 days, starting from the day following the last date To submit offers
Implementation period: (15) calendar days starting from the day following the contractor's notification of the letter ordering the commencement of implementation.
Delay fines: one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract.
Warranty period: one year from the date of temporary receipt
The bidder bears all taxes and fees incurred The contract includes advertising expenses.
The deadline for submitting offers is the end of official working hours on Sunday, November 2, 2025, and offers will be closed the next day at ten o'clock in the Hijaz building.
Anyone wishing to participate in the tender must visit the Corporation's Contracts Directorate at Al-Midan Station to obtain the booklet of conditions for an amount of 100,000 SYP only one hundred. One thousand Syrian pounds only.
The provisions of Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 and the General Conditions Book issued by Decree No. 450 of 2004 shall apply to the contract.
