  Internal tender announcement
  The Syrian Railways Corporation announces the holding of a tender for the "first time"
  To supply computer equipment and accessories, 25 devices, according to the following conditions:
  Primary insurance: / 000 000 10/SYP, presented in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph (e) of Article 46 of Law No. 51 of 2004, and the final amount is 10% of the total value of the contract.
  Duration of work supply: 15 calendar days from the date of commencement
  Deadline for submitting offers: 12/14/2025 until 3 pm
  Opening of offers: 12/15/2025 at 10:00 am
  The viewer remains Linked to its offer starting from the day specified for opening the offers and for a period of 90 days
  The nominated contractor remains bound to his offer starting from the day following the date on which he is notified that the contract has been transferred to him for a period of 90 days.
  Bids are submitted in two sealed envelopes. These two envelopes are placed in a third envelope addressed in the name of the organization to the Tenders Office in accordance with the provisions of Articles 13- 14 of Law No. 51 of 2004, with the subject of the tender and the date specified for its conduct written on it.
  All bidders must attend the tender session or send a duly authorized representative. In the event that the bidder or his representative does not attend, the price presented in his offer is considered final.
